I dropped them an email with some pictures and Luke replied very quickly with a rough estimate of the cost of the repair, I just so happened to be in North London that day and he said by all means to come in and they’d have a look in person, no booking in, on zero notice they’d take a look.
I dropped into them in the afternoon, drove the car into the workshop and they had a look and said that the estimate is about right and that he’d send me a full quote out and I could decide if I wanted to go ahead.
I got home and there was an email with the quote, so I replied saying to go ahead and the following morning I transferred the money for the parts which were ordered that day.
The parts came in on the Thursday and then booked me in for the work on the Monday and supplied me a courtesy car while they were working on my car.
Over the week I got updates on where they were on the repair, and on Friday morning I Luke called me and said that the car was just about to go for valeting and that I could pick it up at 2pm.
I got there and was blown away by the work, it looks like it came from the factory, so happy with the work and it’s not hard to see why they’re so widely recommended in the Facebook groups.
The speed of the service and the friendly nature of the staff really is a credit to them, absolutely first class.
In total it took 10 days from my initial contact to picking up the fixed car.
Luke also showed me the crash damaged Model 3 performance they have in the workshop and are working to repair as well which was nice. The workshop is immaculate, and seeing some of the cars that they’ve worked on it’s clear that they care passionately about being at the top of the game.
Door ding and dent removal, full detail, refurbished and powder coated alloy wheels and 3 applications of ceramic coating.
Looks better than it did 140k miles ago when I picked it up in July 2017!

I had a no-fault claim incident when Enfield Council’s bin lorry rammed my car into a metal fence and came in here to enquire. Initially we assumed they only dealt with EVs but they also work on traditional fuel cars. Luke and Adam were very welcoming and helped advise us on what to do in terms of handling the council’s insurance company and then taking the load off our plates. They came the next morning to collect the car.
The insurance company was awful throughout the whole situation but the EV team handled everything so well! Once approval was received (just before Christmas so wasn’t expecting a quick turnaround), the parts were ordered ASAP and the car was ready to come back by early January. The quality of their work is impeccable and they also provide a lifetime guarantee which gives you added peace of mind. It came back looking so clean and shiny! Thanks again for everything, it is very much appreciated.

August 2024 update: Needed to visit EV bodyshops again for fixing some paintwork. Outstanding customer service again from Adam, Luke and the team. They got the car looking just as good as 2 years ago. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Communication was excellent and service was impeccable
Adam was really friendly and talked me through the repair in detail. In addition, he was able to answer all side questions I had so that I ended up walking away with a brand new looking car and some extra knowledge about EVs.
I hope I won’t have to repair my car again but if I do, this is the first place I will visit.
